Return & Refund Policy – Shree Parshavnath Creations

The Return Policy Shree Parshavnath Creations has been formulated to provide transparency and smooth shopping activity to all customers. We are exceptionally careful about preserving the quality of our sofa fabrics, curtain fabrics and the upholstery collection. Nevertheless, in extraordinary situations where customers are unhappy, our Return & Refund policy gives clear guidelines of how the customers should go about returning their products and making requests of refunds.

The customers may institute the process of returning the product within a specific period (mostly 7 days) of getting the product. The products have to be new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify as a returned product. This policy covers products that are damaged in delivery, have some manufacturing faults and/or those that do not conform to the orders as they are presented in.

Refunds will be done once the quality team has checked the product that has been returned Refunds can take a few working days to reflect in the account of the customer depending on the payment mode. In the case of prepaid orders, the refund will be issued against the source of payment, whereas, alternate ref-fund processes will be applied in the case of COD.

Note that some customized fabrics, clearance-based, or special orders may not be subjected to our Return & Refund Policy. We (customers) encourage ourselves to take particular consideration to information given about the products prior to purchase.
